Life between yesterday and tomorrow...

Ok I know ya'll are getting tired of my posts about stuff around the house, but I'm sorry, I'm very proud... :-)

Really I'm just excited that Jill and I can plant stuff and it actually grow. Apart were a black and brown thumb, but together it's like the brightest green you've ever seen...anyway, here are a couple of pics of the side of our porch where there used to be 2 HUGE and UGLY azalea bushes.
The big bushes are Japanese clearia, the ones in front of those are nandenia and then there are leriopy lining the front of the bed...

NOTE: I have no idea how to spell any of those plant names... and neither does this spell checker... :)

what do you think?

This is a pic of the best thing planted in the Henderson garden... Jilly!!! ok so she's not really planted, or really even in this picture...but you know what i mean...

She just got finished watering our beautiful new plants!

And since there are only so many shots of our flower bed before it gets redundant here's me and Jill saying 'till next time!! and Can't wait till we can have EVERYONE down for a BIG party!

Yes that's right! For the first time in couple of decades, the Funderburk's and Day's are getting together for a Family Reunion!

Here are a few pics from my new family's get together...

these guys are the reason we got together. the 1st cousin's... in this group are missionaries, lawyers, a teacher and a BRAND NEW Principal...the principal is my father-in-law. He just got the job as Principal of Central Phenix City High School!!!

This is everybody!!! Cool huh! These guys are so interesting. There's a pilot, several missionaries, lawyers, a Judge, teachers, there's even a UPS guy in this bunch!

Oh on that note...in case i haven't told anyone, i'm one of the NEW Supervisors @ UPS... Jill and I are very excited about that!

And look at all the Kids!!! There's going to be Funderburks for MILLIONS of years if they keep procreating at this rate!!!

this was a great day and if anyone gets a chance to drive through Preston, GA, there's be sure to stop @ Mom's for lunch.

YEA!!! My baby's so strong!

This was Memorial Day...mucho funo...Really guys y'all have got to get up to Callaway, that place is beautiful!

The Funderburk Half of the Fam minus Andy....where did he go....oh yeah, he's behind the Camera. He's a really good pic taker!

This as you all know is the famous monument, "Dead People on Horses." It's very popular in the South.

Ok, more like it's very popular in China and Japan. While we were there there were more people from outside the US than there are in Talladega on race weekend... but it really was cool getting to see this HUGE rock just sitting in the middle of Georgia.

This is me and Jill trying REALLY hard to be cool. How'd we do?

This is how we really look.... CRAZY...

I think we'll end this one on a good pic... we got one of those Japanese dude's to take this so we're like 2" tall...but it's still a good one.
hope all is well with EVERYONE!!!

These are our new bushes!! Ok, i know this is a tad lame but we're excited! There was nothing but grass where they are so it's a BIG improvement!

You'll have to excuse that title. I know most of you are thinking, "Why in the world did Hendu have Easter in Panama City?"
If that is what you thought, you were wrong! But it was equally as BEAUTIFULL in our PC...Phenix City. Where we thank GOD constantly that Jesus rose on that third day!!!

I guess I'll start by stressing that we were at The Henderson residence! Yes that's right that means Jill cooked!!! But wait before you faint, let me just say that there wasn't ONE complaint. As a matter of fact it was perfection! My angel did a wonderful...no no no...magnificant job on everything! And I did ok too.

Here's my turkey...And before you squalk (is that a word?) I did cook it on the grill! What other way is there to cook anothing? Right? No, really though I thought it was pretty good.
Here we are again. We got pretty close, me and this turkey.

This is one of the table that Jilly set. Notice the baby, chicks behind every plate. Very cute!!

Grammy finishing her strawberry short cake.

Jill and Grammy just before everyone arrived!

This is Lara, Momma, and Jill, in our front room laughin' it up!

Aunt Ann, Aunt Janie, and Aunt Teresa....yes, guys all these fine ladies are available and looking for a guy who can keep up...

These are the deep thinkers of the group...can't you tell? (Grandeddy, Deddy, and Paw-Paw)

Group PICTURE!

THE DAD's....
Deddy and Mr. Jan (POP-IN-LAW)

Paw-Paw and Celery...I mean Mrs. Shelrea...

And how could we forget Andy!!! He's the coolest Brother-in-law!

This is my other sister Mandi. She's pretty cool, her and Lara, are both about to be 19 and in their Sophomore year in College. Just throwin' that out there.

Well, guys it was a wonderful day, and i'm looking forward to many more Holidays together! I love all of you and can't wait to have ya'll down again!

Check this out!

Yes this is my cousin... can you believe that i've got a Rapper cousin!? I knew he was trying to get out in the publics ears, but I think he's done it now. Their song "Sweet Home AL" (Dirty South Version)...has been on KFC commercials and Monday Night Football promos. Pretty sweet, huh? Well anyway, I'm sure how the rest of their stuff is but this song is ok, it's definitely a "different" version of "Sweet Home Alabama." Their name is Boyz After Money Always (/or BAMA). My cousin is Brian "Torus Caine" Morris and the other guy is "Rain."

So why on earth am I telling y'all this now? Well, that's a good question. It's on my mind because Jill and I, and the rest of my family saw him get hitched this weekend on the Beach in Gulf Shores. It was a nice wedding, but the first I'd ever seen where the guests had beer during the ceremony...but to each his own I guess. Anyway, it was VERY VERY nice, the weather was great, the food was good, and the sunset just as the ceremony was getting underway! BEAUTIFUL.
Here are a couple of pics from this weekend. It's the first time mine or Jill's bodies had seen sun light since our honeymoon! Man we need to get out more!!!

OH. Jill, no longer has any hair!! Isn't it gorgeous!!!! I love it. She's got a whole new look!

Paw-Paw even got a little SUN!!

Momma and deddy had a great time. As usual Momma and Aunt Lynne ended up helping (unexpectedly) with the wedding. But the Bride's mom could've used their help much early. She was a tad stressed, but did a good job holding it all together.

Here's my Aunt Lynne. Wish I had a better pic, but she really looked good that night!

Secret Service or Ol' Goat in shades?

Jonny "Green Bean," he's too cool. Drove(FLEW) down from Wetumpka and made it to the Wedding in plenty of time. Only to find the wedding starting 30 min late... then stayed to help clean up until 2:30 AM, what a trooper!

Uncle Bubba, this is Granny's Brother. He's one of the BIGGEST, nicest , guys God ever made!

This is Aunt Jane, mother of the groom and
Granny's Sister... Wonderful lady, lives in Las
Vagas !!! How cool is that!

Momma, Deddy, and Paw-Paw livin' it up at the reception...

Me and Jill lovin' the SUN and SAND!!!!! We want to live there!!!

Jill can't seem to decide what to get at TCBY... but maybe it'll come to her soon.

How Cool do you think me and Jill would look towin' this behind the Frontier? Too cool can't wait to get one of these bad boys!!!
